Sky TV and Netflix

I have Sky TV contract which would end in October, plus separately I have Netflix account which was organised by a friend as I don't have the email and password, etc. He was the admin. 

What I have realised, Sky TV offer Netflix together in a one contract, making one payment. 

My question is how I can delete the Netflix account setup by a friend and create a new one with my email and password, making me the admin?

Either you or your friend will need to log into Netflix and cancel the account.
Sky TV should provided details on how to set up a new Netflix account through them.

If you're not the account holder for the Netflix account who is paying for it? As above, get your mate to log in and close the account.

Are you paying in full for this netflix which is obviously also being used by your "friend", who probably just changed the payment method on his account.

A friend would have set you up an account using your email and given you all the details.
