Buildings insurance for home near mineshafts

Does anyone know of any specialist insurance companies that deal with building insurance for when there is mineshafts near a property?
The coal authority give me insurance to claim against if thete was ever any issues with subsidence due to the old mine shafts but I've been told I need a specialist insurance company due to the extra risk

Large areas of the midlands and the north are near to mineshafts.  The standard insurance companies have no problems since the risks are covered by the coal authority.

My solicitor said I should look at specialist insurance but I've checked with a couple of standard insurers after Lintons post and the standard insurers are fine as there has been no issues with subsidence, slippage or heave. Thanks both
