flight cancelled event isnt

So we have booked to go to Ibiza and pre-booked Ocean beach. So our outbound flight is cancelled but our booking with ocean beach obviously isn't or is our return flight with a different airline. can we claim from our travel insurance? Ocean beach has a no refund policy?

You need to check your policy to see what cover you have. Does it include travel disruption due to pandemic or government restrictions.?1
