Greetings I am Paddy from LAs Vegas I am apalled as being a global consumer banker with Citibank and the Barclays, ING Direct And HSBC I find it heartbreaking that 
I have the misfortune to trust YBS with my Universal credit, being out of work from this pandemic, They decided unlawfully to lock my funds unlawfully!!#KYC know your customer and  address proof checks were done, in fact 2 accounts were opened, now upon account opening I saw them credit/debit my account with 600K pounds!!!
I thought I won a jackpot? they then when my benefits came in. asked to get my passport and toally locked all access to my account!
AS with 2k pounds unaccesible, I now am heading fro the Church of Englands Kindness, the food bank! like a refugee! and my poor wife , a 10 year NHS nurse , more with care home, now shielding as diabetic type1 subjected to this Gestapo like treatment!
I ask the good people of this forum for advice, I have tweeted the injustice including pre-legal action forms etc but in this pamdemic, Courts dot open till 23rd august!!!

I cant wait to access the funds and head to Asia where there may be other business opportunities, AM gutted the UK Police now even tell me as it a civil matter, I still dont understand why. how starving us is a civil matter!!! I thought benefits are there to protect the innocent, apparently in this UK, the weak lose and Liars win..

----to clarify UC Universalk Credit/DWP confirmed no bank can prevent access to benefits save for an illegal act, which is not the case her, I have lost faith in UK banking, as I challenged all the big banks, I am now not able to open any current account with the top 5 banks and I can only surmise a false allegation at CIFAS evn so, I never heard of locking a person, key workers from their Universal credit???

 To add when I was with Barclays, I was taught LIMME(lives made much easier) actually when i see all the customers sufferings its actually lives made like hell!! its super BS to persist lies such as "custtomers are at the heart of the business!!! when its actually banks gyp customers so they can use other peoples money  to further their advances!! Makes me very ILL!!!

Ok, You are obviously upset and asking for advice? Please look at what you have posted, as at the moment it is a little vague at what you are asking? And sorry, a little hard to actually read and understand?  Perhaps repost with only relevant concise  information?

You say that you found a surprise £600k in your account but it was then debited out again. How long was the money in the account and what did you do on finding this sum of money as it seems fairly likely that this £600k and your access to the account being locked are linked.
