Hose pipes?

Not used one myself but seen demos of stainless steel hoses that don't kink

Above looks similar to shower hoses, they seem kink free. Worth a go I suppose if replacing a hose

You can buy hosepipe that does not kink from Toolstation & Screwfix.

As  we need hoses for horse paddocks as well as domestic use we go to the local farm shop. 

You will not find a wider range of taps, connectors or hose pipe anywhere else.
They are not overpriced near us either. They used to be part of the Countrywide chain and were one of the stores to be sold on as TFM..._

Great! I have Mole Valley Farmers & another feed store that may do them.

Screwfix up the road. So both good calls. Thanks, I didn't think of that.

Though with so much rain lately the urgency has lapsed somewhat. But it's something else to do while so much isn;t happening this year. Never thought a trip out with picnic would be to look for a better hose.

I would guess a 0.2 km length of standard hose will run at a trickle?

Pressure loss due to friction in garden hose is about 1psi per foot, you’ll be waiting a long while for even a trickle.

Standard hose maybe, but when I put the brushcutter through 20mm LDPE at around 0.15km I was given a nice shower!
