Help with new pop up

My laptop has been fine however, today I keep getting this annoying pop up at the bottom of my screen saying "What do you want to do with your user-id From ads.yahoo.com. the options are open save or cancel whichever I press I am unable to get rid of this annoying bar at the bottom of my screen please help.

Closed the browser closed down laptop still appears when open anything

What programs are set to run when the laptop is turned on? Is it a Windows laptop? If so, which version? 7? 10?0

Cancel notifications in your Yahoo account. If you're W10 go to settings, system, notifications and deselect 'get notifications from apps and other senders'.
