my daughter is 16 and has just purchased a vehicle the vehicle is registered to her.  She is not 17 until the end of October and has no provisional license just yet (we are applying this week).  I want to insurance the vehicle so that me and my husband can drive it but am struggling as they dont accept someone who is under age is the registered keeper? Help.

    Change the registered keeper?
