Travel insurance - extended family

Just wondering what the best way is to get travel insurance for a holiday with my extended family? I have booked and paid for flights and accommodation separately for 7 of us next year - my partner, my daughters, eldest daughter's partner and two grand babies. Specifically, I am wondering how to cover the holiday in terms of cancellations - obviously they could each take out individual cover for health and possessions cover etc. Any tips? I'm assuming that if I try to use my usual annual policy, which only actually covers me, it wouldn't cover flights and accommodation for 7 people.
