Two weeks until holiday

My sister and I have booked and fully paid for a self catering holiday to Corfu with Olympic holidays flying on EasyJet. We’re supposed to fly out 2 weeks today but had no word from the tour operator. EasyJet’s website says our flights are cancelled yet Olympic’s website says the holiday is still ‘live’. We’ve tried contacting Olympic but just get told they’re not taking calls yet for holidays booked to depart after 1st of July but we’re supposed to fly out the day after the 1st! We have no idea what’s happening. We have things we need to organise or cancel depending on if we’re travelling or not. Also I can’t afford to isolate at home and have a further 2 weeks unpaid off work.
