5pm voucher deal DBB

HI I purchased 2 vouchers for a DBB deal for my husband and friends at Dunblane Hydro the deal was Valid from 2/1/2020 to 10 April 2020 we originally had booked for the 27th of March but because of Covid had changed it to 17th of July. I recieved an email saying that it could be rearrange up to 31st of August and then a telephone call from Dunblane stating that they could not provide the deal which we had booked for the 17of July and it was valid now until 31st of December, when I said that I wanted a refund I was told they weren’t issuing refunds and that I could gift the vouchers to someone else or rebook. They stated that they had spoken to 5pm and they were happy with this. Where do I stand as regards a refund I have to get back to them soon.
