Old Together Energy bill and debt collectors
I left Together Energy in October 2018 as their customer service was non existent. My bank account changed in March 2018, I emailed them to update the direct debit and got no response, called but could never get through. I expected when I switched I would receive a final bill but I did not. I have just got an email from a company called resolve pay saying I now owe them for this bill and demanding payment with no copy of the bill or what the costs are or any way to verify it is correct. I am very annoyed together energy have made no attempt to contact me first before handing it to debt collectors a year and a half later and am not sure what to do next. Does anyone have any advice?

If you are on Facebook ,there is a very active TE customer support group. Many00s of ex Together customers are having issues with them. Resolvecall were actually actively chasing supposed debts when they were forbidden under covid restrictions.
