flight still going ahead but hotel is closed

They have offered me a 2 star no balcony as their alternative stating " minor change" I disputed this and the other day have come back and advised they can refund my hotel but not the flights but it's a package holiday. Absolutely no idea what to do but the room hotel they offered me had poor reviews. There are no suitable alternatives. It seems they are going down the route of " we have offered you an alternative" the choice is yours

OH NO..thats shocking when were you due to go on holiday and where ? have you paid in full ?

We’ve just had a phone call from our travel agent informing us that our holiday won’t be going ahead as our hotel is closed. They told us to expect another call within the next 2 weeks to arrange bring given our money back.
