Everest windows

I Spent a lot of money on windows from Everest a year ago and have been in dispute with them since. They agreed that the windows were faulty and this was documented. They dragged their feet about fixing it and now they have gone into administration and I am left with unfit windows and monthly payments for unsuitable products. Is there anything I can do to stop the payments or to get anything sorted? I put a dispute into Barclays for the finance in February.

You owe the finance company, not Everest - they've already been paid. So no - you can't stop making payments.
As there is finance though, raise a Section 75 claim with the finance provider to get a resolution to the issues ... they are jointly and severally liable with Everest for the performance of the contract; so any claim you had against Everest you also have against the finance company.0
