    Hi,
I've viewed a property that I like. It hasn't sold since July 2019, I would like to know how low can I go with an offer without being too cheeky?
    Thanks in advance

Pointless to offer at the moment, there is far too much economic turmoil in the post, chances are you will offer too much.

Has there been any offer previously? Has the price been reduced in the last year? Ask the EA why it's unsold, they should have a pretty good idea how much seller is waiting for. You can then make a decision on how much you should offer.
