I’m after 2 windows, approx 40cm wide and 100cm tall (non opening) for a self build summer room. Tried the usual eBay, local sites on Facebook etc but struggling. Where’s best (cheapest) place to get 2 and what sort of price should I expect to pay?

Have you tried your local manufacturers/suppliers. We bought a Rehau grey on white 1100 x 1200 with one side opener for £170 for a similar type of situation. I don't know if that's a good price or not but I was happy.1

Have a look at www.tradewindowwarehouse.co.ukI've not used them, but had a similar project in mind which never got built, but the prices they offered for the required spec. were the best I could find1
