New child question

So your friend wanted more than 1 child. Couldnt have it with her husband as relationship terminated obviously before.
She then went and had a fling in order to get a second child. And now she is worrying about getting help from the father.
The father is stupid as he has basically been the pawn in a move from your friend. He wanted sex she wanted a child. He was foolish not to wrap up.
How is your friend going to provide for these 2 children? Does she work? Or is she also on benefits. I do hope not the latter.1 -

Friend of divorcee
A divorcee woman has a young child already (from marriage), now she wants another child. She is now pregnant with one from a different man (sort of fling (not married)).
She wants the child when it is born and the man is on the benefits. Plus the man has said to the woman, he doesn’t want anything to do with her and his baby when the child is born.
I’m not too sure; a paper was given to her/him to sign? I don’t know what paper it is?
Would the man have to contribute any money for the child? Through his benefits, tax credits, etc.
Thanks
Not if she doesnt claim through the CMS
