So your friend wanted more than 1 child. Couldnt have it with her husband as relationship terminated obviously before.

She then went and had a fling in order to get a second child. And now she is worrying about getting help from the father.

The father is stupid as he has basically been the pawn in a move from your friend. He wanted sex she wanted a child. He was foolish not to wrap up.

How is your friend going to provide for these 2 children? Does she work? Or is she also on benefits. I do hope not the latter.

Making up your own story is not helpful.I suggest you stick to facts.I agree the father should have used protection, maybe he did, accidents happen.
  • Friend of divorcee

A divorcee woman has a young child already (from marriage), now she wants another child. She is now pregnant with one from a different man (sort of fling (not married)).

She wants the child when it is born and the man is on the benefits. Plus the man has said to the woman, he doesn’t want anything to do with her and his baby when the child is born.

I’m not too sure; a paper was given to her/him to sign? I don’t know what paper it is?

Would the man have to contribute any money for the child? Through his benefits, tax credits, etc.

    Thanks

Not if she doesnt claim through the CMS

No making up anything going by what the OP stated. Just hoping that the state arent going to pick up the cost of a child that the parent couldnt afford. Considering the father is on benefits heres hoping the mother isnt. How shes going to work with 2 kids mind you is going to be difficult.
