Sparks(Ovo) switch my gas supply to them w/out my consent

I have been switch by Sparks without my consent from my current supplier Bulb.I did not request it . I only finded out about it when I tried to supply my meter readings and sort my payments via my web Bulb account and had troubles doing so regarding gas readings.
Called Bulb and they told me that Sparks has switch my gas supply to them.I did informed Bulb I haven't ask for it and I did not wish to switched to Sparks so they trigered ET. Same day called Sparks to notify them that I haven't asked for that switch and Bulb will contact them regarding switch back.I was told that they will transfer me back to my supplier and assured me that I will be billed by Bulb . Few days ago I got a welcome letter from Sparks address for "Bill Payer" (as they don't hold any of my personal details because I never had any dillings with them and did not asked them to be my supplier!!!) saying they are gas supplier to my property which I didn't made any of it as Bulb was already dilling with a switch back on my behalf.
Today I got a email from Bulb saying Sparks has refused they request.
I'm really gutted!

ET = "Erroneous Transfer"Sometimes when customers Switch supplier, the data gets scrambled in the system and the wrong household is Switched - The rule is that the customer must be returned to their original supplier and suffer no financial losses.Spark's reputation isn't good, as is shown by one department owning up to an ET, whilst another refuses to transfer the account back to BulbSend an Email to Spark headed Complaint , (BIG & B0LD), setting out the saga and demanding that they issue you with a Complaint Number and process the Switch back to.Bulb within 7 days0
