Thanks for your help. But there is a 'Complaints' thread (linked via the NEWBIES FAQ sticky) where you will likely find some examples of complaints other posters have drafted themselves. Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

I currently have one of these from Waterside. I appealed and they said no.
Have second letter demanding £100. Reading the newbies thread is says to do nothing until a court summons. Is this correct?
BTW, I went down to check the signage and the owner of the land was there parked up in the car park, almost enticing people in. I warned a driver currently parked about the car park and then went up to this gentleman who said it was his land and it was 'easy money'.
Think I'll rite to my MP about it.
any thoughts tips?
Thanks1 -

Just explain to your MP what you heard from the owner and tell him/her you want his/her help to complain to the landowner company and the IPC about this alleged ‘scam’ site.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

I’ve been done in the same place. The signs say you can validate your registration inside, but the place was closed making this impossible - not sure if this is a defence?
Either way, has anyone successfully found contact details from the land owner and got a ticket cancelled recently?0 -
Void for impossibility is a defence to a breach of contract allegation, yes.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
