You will probably find that they won't let you do that if you are living there.
And if you try the "I'll move in after/pretend I moved in after" route, they might deem she broke the agreement and give her notice.0 -
I looked into renting so that we could complete our sale before our purchase but was put off by the up front costs. The agencies we contacted wanted to charge us for checking every adult over 18 and, as PasturesNew says, agreements state no over 18s can live there without the checks.0
