Have Barrhead Travel gone bust?

We have booked at £15,500 Caribbean cruise with Barrhead travel, leaving Miami on November 3rd 2020. I have tried contacting them via email since March 5 and had no reply. I have tried so many phone numbers and got the same recorded message. I have tried phoning the shops but get the same recorded message that they are shut due to Covid-19.The telephone number on Trip adviser is now unobtainable. They have £11,500 on our money. What is annoying that the cruise company has reduced the price by £4,000.

supportteam@barrheadtravel.co.uk is their email . says minimum respose time is 28 days . find a shop and go in (if open )

I would hope they have gone bust - Barrhead have been kicked-off more than one forum as a result of their spammy/sockpuppety misconduct!0

Thanks but I do note that the minimum response is 28 days that's 4 weeks I have tried for 3 months. That is only 1 of the many email addresses for Barrhead I have tried0

I expect they have been working with minimum and reduced staff and focusing on immediate departures.
Whilst you have been waiting a long time for a response you have also given us no clue to the numbers and contact points you have tried. Perhaps they are of temporarily closed stores. If you mentioned them other MSEers might be able to give you alternatives to try. Have you tried googling for a head office number, or messaging via social media?
Priority wise, with a 5th November departure, you may not yet be on their urgent list.

Cruise prices fluctuate regularly, best to do some research and only buy when you are happy with the price you are being quoted. I'd be surprised if you get any form of refund, if the price had increased by £4k would you be eagerly trying to get a hold of them to pay the extra?0
