Package Holiday Rights

Hi, I have just found out that the hotel I originally booked trough a package holiday is closed until August and Im due to be staying there mid July. I've contacted the company i booked the package holiday through (they didn't even know it was closed) and they are coming back to me with my options. If they offer relocation, do I have to accept this, or do I have a right to ask for a refund on the holiday?

If the hotel is closed I am sure that you will entitled to a full refund of what you have paid.

It is definitely a package and not the agent booking separate flights etc?

It’s booked through Love Holiday as a package holiday. I’ve since done some more research & it looks like I do have the right to a refund if a significant change to my booking is made.

100% Correct, you would have to agree to anther hotel.
