Creation Credit Cards - Delay with payments made via their website

Has anyone else noticed a delay with paying off their creation credit card account via their online account ?
Made a payment by card which took a full week to show. Also have another payment from last Monday that isn't showing up yet.
It used to only take one or two days.

I made a debit card payment via their app for the first time last week and it still has to show on the account - in fact its taken so long that the direct debit was collected today!
I've previously paid using the website and as you say it's been quite quick. I had thought paying via the app might just be slower than the website but perhaps Creation are having wider issues?
I'm going to give it a day or so more before I chase them.0 -
