Disney World Florida Virgin Holidays

Hiya We booked to go to Disney World Florida in May 2019 to travel december 2020 with Virgin holidays, full package booked all at the same time which include 14 day disney pass, flights and hotel. Our flight was originally flying from Gatwick and booked into the V-room. I am assuming our flight has been moved to heathrow but nothing is showing on our online booking, We are also aware that there is no V-room at Heathrow I know we will get a refund for the V-room booking we paid for. Since then we have been offered to move our holiday for free via generic email due to the restrictions currently in the Disney parks we filled in the form a month ago and have still had no contact from virgin apart from generic emails. It has now come to light that even though we have a 14 day Disney Ticket due to the booking system in the parks we are not guaranteed entry in to the parks even though they have to be booked now even for holidays next year. We have still had no contact from virgin confirming anything with regards to flight changes or anything else. The fact that we are not guaranteed entry to the parks even though we booked a 14 day ticket and the change of airport is that classed as a significant change.?

The change of airport is not a significant change.
The tickets is a bit more of a tricky situation. In theory next year could be totally different in terms of admission to the park and without a crystal ball it’s just impossible to tell. I doubt that it would be enough to cancel for a refund (if that’s what you were hoping for as a further option) because they are still planning to fly you out and provide your accommodation thus meeting their obligations because the parks are a 3rd party attraction and virgin have no say on the restrictions they impose.
