Seek advice from a solicitor.  You may need to threaten legal action in order to focus your ex's attention.

    Bought a house 2008
2010 moved out, got divorced 2012

Name  STILL on mortgage. Ex says he cant get me off it as he cant get a mortgage by himself
£50k left on mortgage and he is remarried.
WHY am i still not able to be taken off this mortgage?

    Help!!

Lots of previous threads on this situation, if the mortage / deeds have both names and one refuses to remove the other, a forced sale of the property via a court order is the only option.

Property is currently up for sale.  Thanks
Surely the situation will be resolved then. He'll need your agreement and potentially you'll receive some cash.

That's information that would have usefull to know at the outset. Then your ex will need to make contact, as your signature at the very minimum is required in order to sell the property.

Unless he is going through the motions with no real intent to sell, of course. Have you seen it online anywhere?

Well, that should have been resolved as part of the financial agreement when you got divorced. As it wasn’t (seemingly)  you’ll be off it when the house is sold.
Everything will be alright in the end so, if it’s not yet alright, it means it’s not yet the end
