I also sispect this is why the likes of dcbl are rushing eound undercutting many other debt collectors collecting PPC money , well lets face it there buisness us sort of %^&*ed non existant at the moment

Thanks for that!   Just to clarify, to make sure newbies know:

A DCBL Collections or DCBL Legal letter demanding a silly sum of money about a parking charge is NOT from bailliffs (unless you've ignored a court claim...). 

For example, if you have a letter (or several) about Highview using DCBL please please please read one of the shedloads of threads already fully covering this and complain to the CEO of Tesco immediately, showing your Clubcard or family Clubcards collectively, and say you are boycotting them if they refuse to help).  Don't just start a thread...do that first!

AND, AS LONG AS YOU DON'T IGNORE OR MISS A COURT CLAIM (DEFEND IT OF COURSE!) THEY WILL NEVER COME KNOCKING ANYWAY.
