Advice Needed - Booked for our first Disventure September 2020 (was booked back in March 2019) Staying off-site, purchased a full package from TUI (Flights, Hotel, Transfers, and Park tickets 4 day Disney 14 Day Universal). We have been paid off in full for about 4 months. Been trying to get some clarification regarding when we get our Disney booking ID's so we can attempt to get some park days they cannot offer us any help or advice at this time - the news of the park reservation system seems totally new to them they hadn't heard of it :(

They have no idea when we will get them so we can link them to our Disney Accounts and start to reserve park days from the 26th.....mention of canceling due to lack of park access was met with "there will be charges" is there anyone else having problems with TUI packages or anyone had any success?
If we cannot access the parks for 14 days while there are we within our rights to cancel without losing our deposit, or should simply the fact they cannot produce the Disney booking reference be enough for that?

  • Hi Steve
Have you tried to register an account on Disney my experience not on an Ipad or phone but on a laptop or pc ?. You can use your TUI ref number to set up an account

  • Hi Annabelle sadly having tried all the numbers provided by TUI none of those are valid for MyDisneyExperience either on Laptops, tablets or desktop PC's.
It would seem we are not the only ones having trouble with TUI and tickets, I would almost suspect that they havent actually purchased our tickets yet :(

  • Ah thats awful .
  • Yup little to no information officially from TUI all they tell us is they are "Talking to Disney", but the people I've dealt with in the call centres have been unwilling or unable to comment on any plans, I even emailed the CEO yesterday but unsurprisingly no reply or acknowledgement. I am aware they are busy and its a challenging time, but it is for us all, so little rays of sunshine like holidays really help.
