I’m not sure how to complete question 8 (‘ The executor is’) as I’m not sure if it’s asking about the executor completing the firm, or the remaining executor
So in our case where there are two executors, and one does not want the job - how should they complete this sectiom

- Download form PA15 if you’re an executor or form PA16 if you’re the spouse or civil partner
- Fill in all sections
- If you’re an executor, tell HMCTS if you’re the sole executor or one of them
- Sign and date the application
- Get your witness to sign and date the application
- Either give the completed form to the executor who’s applying for probateor send it to HMCTS Probate, PO Box 12625, Harlow, CM20 9QE
The form is being completed by the renouncing exor - therefore it is his (her) e-mail that is required and it is he (or she) who is
