Who the hell are Point Social

Not sure if this is the right place to post this?
I've had a £32.50 transaction taken from my bank account by a company called
Point Social ?!
I've never heard of them?
Obviously I’m contacting my bank ... but wondered if anyone else has had the same happen ?
