I'd never heard of them either ... https://www.pointsocial.co.uk/
You've probably bought something online recently and not noticed an affiliate link/setting which has signed you up for a free trial, becoming a contract for £32.50 per month.

Guess what their email is not recognised 😡😡0

You could write to them at the correspondence address in Stockport and cancel whatever you've signed up to. The company name is on the website.0

I understand this is some tool, sorry fool to do with social networking. If you don’t want anyone to trace you, don’t put on social networks what you don’t want people to know.-1

Then ensure that you cancel. You can do this by writing to them or by email:
customerservices@PointSocial.co.uk
Ensure that you type in email address not copy and paste from their site or it will not work.
Copy and paste from above should be ok?

Why won't copy/paste from their website work? (It does for me, albeit I didn't actually try sending an email). As long as you don't copy the final dot (after uk) then it should be fine.1
