Not quite sure what you mean. There are three key dates: the end of the assessment period, the date your statement is available, and the payment date. The statement is dated with the payment date but in practice is available a few days earlier. E.g. my payment date is the 16th and the statement is usually available on the 12th.

I haven't taken notice of whether the statement becomes available on weekends though, so I can't actually help there. Just looking for more info to help anyone who does know to answer your question :)

Just to confirm what has already been said. Statements are usually viewable about 3 or 4 days before the payment due date.

There are now over 5 million UC claims, so it may take longer, particularly if they have to manually add the statements.
The comments I post are personal opinion. Always refer to official information sources before relying on internet forums. If you have a problem with any organisation, enter into their official complaints process at the earliest opportunity, as sometimes complaints have to be started within a certain time frame.

Mine always comes early. For example, this month's statement was due on Monday but it was actually available on Saturday.

Mine didn't come because there was some issues with my claim and I had to chase them by the payment due date and seems like nobody cared to inform us earlier I had to call and find out!

If the claim is straightforward then the statement will be available immediately at the end of the AP. The reason they say it will be available a few days later as in many cases the claim may have some action that is required by the case manager before the statement can be generated. They allow a few days as this action could fall on a weekend, to allow time for the case manager to complete the action on the Monday. This is all about managing people's expectations, as far too many people would panic when their statement wasn't immediately available at the end of the AP and would either phone or journal message asking where the statement was and how much they were going to be paid. This just generated even more unnecessary work for case managers and delayed the far more important task of ensuring people actually get paid on time.
If the statement isn't there by lunchtime the day before you are due to be paid, the give them a ring and that will ensure your claim gets looked at and payment is issued, having first checked your todo list to make sure it's not because of something you haven't completed.
