Has everyone got their Thomas Cook refund??
My ex boyfriend is claiming he hasn’t had OUR money back yet and I was wondering if it’s time to get the small claims court involved??

We got our refunds at the end of November last year.I don't care about your first world problems; I have enough of my own!0

Well in April the CAA released a statement saying 99% of all ATOL claims for Thomas Cook had been settled. https://www.caa.co.uk/News/99--of-Thomas-Cook-claims-now-settled/?catid=159
Do you know for sure he definitely claimed? And did he claim from the correct people? ATOL? Credit card? Travel Agent?0 -
By now the only people waiting for refund appear to be customers who booked packages through other companies who were using TC flights as part of the package. In this case, there is no claim against the refund scheme, only against the company that booked the flights in the first place. If you booked directly with TC, there should be no delays at this stage, have a look at the paperwork and see what it says and then come back and get more advice0
