Where to keep deposit until I buy?

I have recently inherited £18 000. Together with my existing savings, this now puts me in a position to buy my first home (assuming I can get a 10% mortgage...). At the moment this money is just sitting in my current account, making me feel a bit uncomfortable. It's too much to pop into my ISAs, which between them have around £9K (3K in htb, 4K in LISA, rest in a cash ISA). I could just open a normal easy access savings account and pop them in there. Is there something smarter I can do with this? Thing is, I might end up putting an offer next week if things work out, but equally might take another who-knows-how-many months.
Thanks

Probably best just to put it into the best-paying easy-access account:

I agree with esk', no point tying it up. Anyway, rates are pretty poor at the moment anyway. Now a gainfully employed bassist again - WooHoo!0
