Licence revocked on health grounds

My wife is a second driver on my policy
Can she still drive the car legally or do I need to cancel my policy and get my wife to insure my car a second vehicle on her own policy?

You need to advise your insurer about the revocation. They will tell you whether the policy has to be cancelled.

You are insured on the basis that you hold a licence and are the main driver of the car. That situation has changed. You need to tell your insurer.
