Electricity Switch - New supplier refuses to send correct meter readings to old supplier.

This is crucial - I've had one switch where the new supplier used my figure and the old supplier used the "industry verified" read. Never got it resolved so I got double charged for 41kwh - fortunately only ~ £6 - just got thoroughly hacked off with Customer services reps. who don't understand their own industry processes and kept telling me it was within tolerance!MWT said:So just check your first bill from the new supplier and make sure it uses 49487.2 as the opening reading.
If it had been for as much as 215kwh I would have gone thru the Ombudsman.0
