    This is crucial - I've had one switch where the new supplier used my figure and the old supplier used the "industry verified" read. Never got it resolved so I got double charged for 41kwh - fortunately only ~ £6 - just got thoroughly hacked off with Customer services reps. who don't understand their own industry processes and kept telling me it was within tolerance!
     If it had been for as much as 215kwh I would have gone thru the Ombudsman.
