Having a room decorated.

I'm due to move home soon, we have an exchange and  completion date but never know with Covid so keeping me fingers crossed.
Whenever we have moved before i have always done all my onw decorating and it was no hardship for me to do a full house painting and decorating. I love the challenge and being able to say I did it all. But this time Im not in as good health as I would like to be and hubby is in favour of getting a professional in to do it. We have a good friend who would do it but he has a broken leg at the moment and my hubby is disabled so couldn't manage it either. My son has offered but not to put too fine a point on it, I would like it doing properly, lol. Luckily the house is in excellent condition decoratively and so I don't need to do much other then paint one of the bedrooms which I will do myself but I want to get the lounge done.
So for the first time ever I'm looking at getting a decorator in and I have no idea about cost. The room is 19' x11'. I want 3 walls (2 of which have windows to paint round) painting. They are a mid brown now so will take a few coats as I want them cream. The 4th wall I want papering in the 2 alcoves and apinting on the fireplace wall.  I also want the ceiling and coving painting.
Can anyone tell me what rough estimate I should be looking at? I'm going to ask around on local neighbourhood sites for recommendations but would just like a rough idea so I know if its fair or not as I've nothing to compare with. I'm up North soo not looking at London rates but I'm not going to go for cheap and find I've got a cowboy.
Thank you
