ARGOS - VAT Receipt

With Covid, average waiting time to chat to an argos rep is about 30 mins, forget getting someone over the phone!
Argos website states:
If you ordered online, you’ll find a link to download a VAT receipt in Your Account. To find it, go to Recent Orders and View Order Details for the item you want the VAT receipt for. There are a couple of things to bear in mind. You need to have paid by credit card, debit card or American Express, and the link won’t appear for at least a day after your item has been collected or delivered.
Its been a month since I placed my 2 orders. No such link on my recent orders list. Customer service rep on chat advised VAT receipts will be posted. Now why does it have to be posted when I bought my items online? Chat representative agreed to email it within 48 hours. Its been 72 hours and guess what, no VAT receipts. Another hour wasted chatting to Argos chat rep who apologised for not sending the receipt (as they couldn't find an action on their system). After 20 minutes, Rep advised VAt receipt for one order emailed to myself and left the chat transferring me to another rep. On waiting list now - shows 30 mins waiting time!!! !!!!!!?

I think this is for the "rants" forum unless you actually want advice? If you're VAT-registered then by definition this isn't consumer rights anyway.
