UBER credit vanished ?

Didnt know where toput this question ?  Mods please move this post if necessary.

Just looked on my UBER app,  Havnt used them since pre-lockdown ( Feb ) i had around £48 credit in there, and now when i look there is nothing ???

I have checked previous trips, in case some random had used my credit, but all is as it should be in that respect.

Tried calling their helpline but think i hit a busy time and need to call another time.

Anyone had similar issues ?

Yes it was busy when I called as well

Went through the app-based help, and after a few days my credit balance has been restored. They didnt specify what caused the problem or what the fix was.
