Ok, thanks for replies. Think i will try and do clean install first onto new ssd. If the drivers becomes a complicated issue for me can i then clone over the SSD again without issues?
When doing a clean install, do i need to enter the product key from existing windows 10 during the setup?
    Thanks
You can clone over a “used” SSD, Windows should recognise the hardware, so no need to write down a product key.

You won't have an issue with Drivers. Someone forgot that the topic concerns the Toshiba Satellite C660 and not someone's dual graphics office setup...

Bear in mind there are a few things about which you need to take notice during the install and one of them is not to connect to the Internet if you want to set ou a Local Account sign-in as opposed to a Microsoft account sign-in.
You can read about it here: https://www.techpowerup.com/forums/threads/confirmed-windows-10-setup-now-prevents-local-account-creation.260500/

So don't allow the lapto to connect to the Internet during the installation until after you have set up the Local Account.

The other things are more to do with Privacy: https://fdossena.com/?p=w10debotnet/index_1903.frag You can just follow what is on the blue screens there and ignore the rest.

Ok, just to clarify, so i don't connect to the internet when prompted to do so during the W10 setup? Later i can connect to wifi in network & internet section of settings?

Correct. You can connect anytime after you have created your Local Account. Of course if you prefer to log in using a Microsoft account, you can ignore what I have written.
