Neighbour's building against my house wall?

Thank you. When I look on the deeds it's says all boundaries and fences/ walls on this side of the property are mine to maintain. They are marked on a very poor quality diagram using a letter "T". I am going to assume this makes the building wall my property as in exampleNewuser1987 said:It depends where the boundary line sits as to whether this is a party wall issue. The below diagram helps explain the two possible scenarios. If the first diagram then they have rights under the party wall act to make use of that wall. If the second diagram then you can categorically so no to them using that wall and they have no rights under the party wall act.
The problem you have is you may need a boundary surveyor to establish where the boundary lies.
unless the neighbours can prove otherwise 0 -
The responsibility for maintenance indicated in the deeds does not necessarily imply ownership.0
