I recently decided to learn to drive again. I had a provisional nearly 13 years ago. However I recently applied for a new provisional instead of renewing it. I've already sent the application off and cant get in touch with dvla as covid has got everyone so busy. Do you think they'll be able to sort if automatically? Thanks

Why did you not just send a renewal app? They aren't going to give you 2 licenses.0
