Anyone else not yet got their final FIT payment from Co-op following their decision to end FIT?
I submitted my final reading on 31st March and am still waiting for my final payment.... I have chased up several times, emails have been ignored and promises made over the telephone are not kept. They are now saying that I will get my final statement within the next two weeks, but they've said that before and failed to provide it. I thought having to wait the usual 6-8 weeks was bad enough compared to other providers, but that was speedy in comparison to this. Anyone else in a smilar position or is it just me?
