If your MOT was due to expire 30th June and they added the 6 month Covid extension on to it then it now expires 30th December.
If you MOT your car on the 25th June regardless will your new MOT still expire 30th June next year, or will it now be 25th June next year as you didn't get it done within 30 days of the "expire" date?

If you MOT a car more than 30 days before the old MOT expires, then you get a 12 month MOT.I recently had my car serviced and MOT'd, because I prefer to have them done together. The new MOT is showing as expiring in June 2021, 364 days after the test date.If it sticks, force it.
If it breaks, well it wasn't working right anyway.0 -
The latter, I think. Does it really matter?

If the expiry has been amended, then you aren't within 30 days of the expiry - because it's due to expire on 30/12/20 - so it'd show as 25/6/21.0 -
