Has anyone tried to contact Direct Ferries? We booked through them for a Stena Line crossing, due to sail this Weds (24th June).Emailed a dozen times asking for an open voucher as I know Stena Line are offering that and had 1 response on 18th June asking for £30 to amend my booking. Phoned Stena Line and they informed me that DF actually cancelled our crossing on 1st June! How can DF ask for a £30 amendment fee for a crossing THEY cancelled?! Emailed again requesting an open voucher or full refund, again no response. They have also closed their phone lines so no other way to contact them. At a loss as to what to do now :-(
