NatWest App on iPad: New Icons for transactions

If anyone uses the NatWest app on an iPad, they have added different, colourful icons for different types of transaction as shown below. It would have been nice to have had a notification about this.

Credits
Direct debits
Standing orders
Debit card payments
Faster payments
Transfers
Bank charges
Interest

Interesting, I notice you can view reward details from the Natwest app without having to create a Natwest reward account. As mentioned on the below link.

Yes, I saw that too. However, I don’t like the way it takes you out of the app and into Safari to see the Rewards site.

I don’t think either “enhancement” is particularly useful and am intrigued that NatWest think their users will. As ever, they appear out of touch with real people.

True but if you have a Natwest and RBS account, at least you wont need a reward account each any longer.
