Letter from tax credits re pip

I have just been awarded standard rate pip daily living. I updated tax credits and the woman I spoke to on live chat said they've sent me a letter but she has no access to it so just assumes I haven't given them enough info about my pip claim. Has anyone else experienced this?
We get child tax credits but no working tax credits due to income level. My daughter also gets dla so we get disability element too for her.
Will my child tax be reduced as a result of pip claim? People are saying it will go up but we don't get working tax credits due to income even though we both work?

Thanks for reading!

PIP will be ignored as income for Tax Credits. However as you are working the calculation of any Working Tax Credit entitlement could now include a disabled worker element. This might mean that although you currently get no WTC you might now be entitled to something. HMRC need to work this out.
Information I post is for England unless otherwise stated. Some rules may be different in other parts of UK.

Thank you. If it goes up will this be backdated to when it was awarded or just to when I updated tax credits with the info?
    Thanks!

It's backdated to the start of your PIP award.
