Where is the best place to sell shares in a ltd company?

If it is Ltd then you can only sell to other existing shareholders or anyone else you can interest in them, but it would have to be a private arrangement.

It's presumably a private limited company s per the OPs previous thread.
The shares will be difficult to sell and have limited if any value because any purchaser will have exactly the same problems as you are having. Try and approach the major shareholder as it can be awkward having a minority shareholder and it may be worth a small amount for them to buy you out, but don't expect too much if you do get anywhere.1 -

There is no market place for selling shares in a private limited company. You would need to find a buyer yourself. The problem is that these shares sound like they don't pay a dividend, give voting rights and might not even pay anything out if the company was to be sold on or liquidated. I am not sure the shares have any value to anyone.1
