I need to updated homes which are in joint tenants and remove the deceased.
I have purchased the LR online registration of both properties and can confirm all details match.
Are these the correct forms and also can I get a send 2 forms in one envelope or do LR need separate envelopes for each property?

Assuming this is what you're looking at: https://www.gov.uk/government/publications/deceased-joint-proprietor-djp?utm_medium=GOV.UK&utm_source=website&utm_campaign=PG6&utm_term=20_12_16&utm_content=DJP-form then you just need to complete two copies of the form (one for each property) and one certified copy of the death certificate, all in the same envelope. I'd paper clip the lot together, with a short note pointing out there are two forms + one evidence of death, just to make sure whoever is opening the post spots this.1

Yes that's the form
I have the death certificate so that will suffice as opposed to a certified copy.
I was going to send individually but I'll do as you suggest, via signed for delivery.
Remember when are taking about government office workers, so not the brightest!-1
