UC50 and CHDAUK

Sent my completed UC50 to CHDAUK approximately 6 weeks ago and well within the timeline to return but still haven’t heard nothing back from them, no telephone appointment or even an acknowledgment that they have received.
Nothing in my UC journal either.
I'm well aware F2F are not happening at present but was just asking if anyone else in my sort of situation and have they received appointments from the health people, how long did they wait to hear from them.
Thanks

You can ring CHDA on 0800 288 8777 to check they have it if you wish.
Information I post is for England unless otherwise stated. Some rules may be different in other parts of UK.

I didn't hear anything until I got the letter about an appointment - I can't remember how long that took but considering the current circumstances any previous timeframes are irrelevant now anyway.

I sent mine back around the begining of April and i also never received confirmation that it was recieved, never do. Last week the dreaded brown envelope arrived and it was the decision letter of my WCA review. Kept me in the Support Group (paper assessment again). Thankfully mine was quite quick but 6 weeks really isn't long at all.
You will either have a paper based assessment, phone assessment or they will wait until the face to face assessments are back up and running again.

Not unless you're over pension age.

They are completely different benefits, with totally different criteria.
