Redundancy while on a reduced salary.

Options
Hi all,
I Have been working for a company for 20 years and i am very concerned there is talks of a pay cut after the furlough completely ends, while on this pay cut if the company makes you redundant would they calculated your redundancy according to the pay cut or will it be the full salary i was on and is contracted to.
My age 50
Worked for over 20 years in the company.
Thanks all.

If the pay cut is temporary like furlough it will be on your normal salary. If the pay cut is permanent it will be on your new salary as that is your new pay. But obviously you have to accept the new salary. They can't just say you are on this salary and then make you redundant 10 mins later and only pay it based on the new salary.
