Car Insurance Excess

Options
Hey all, after some advice.
I was involved in an accident in November last year, it was not my fault, my car was written off, my finance paid off and i got some money minus my policy excess until the investigation was conducted to prove I was not at fault.  I was quickly passed to some shady law firm called Ageas Law by my insurers Tesco Bank in December in order to get my excess back.  They were never contactable even before the lockdown, only had an handful of emails from them and this was mainly to ask for proof of me paying CDW on my courtesy car I had for 10 days.  Needless to say I waited and waited, despite asking for updates I never recieved any, I chased but never got anything.  Roll on late April and still nothing so I call tesco who tell me they will instruct their solicitors (Prodow McKay) to take on my case aswell as theirs and by mid May I hear that finally the 3rd party insurance had admitted fault and have paid Tesco what they are owed, I awaited my returned excess but come June still nothing so I email Prodow McKay who say that HAstings (3rd Party Insurance) have not paid the excess but they are unable to chase them further as my excess claim is not covered by them but by the previous firm.
Tesco are unwilling to help and are stating they have done all they can with regards to my claim and that I am on my own and should speak to Ageas Law.

What are my options?  On one hand I have Tesco Bank who took my excess from me in the first place, and the other hand the Tesco appointed law firm with an abysmal record of communications who don't seem interested in getting me my £350 back.  Where can I go from here?

Write / phone / email the third party insurance company and ask for your £350.

BTW Tesco never took your excess, that was deducted from the payout which is usual procedure when cars are written off.
Mortgage started 2020, aiming to clear 31/12/2029.
